It's not something people like to do

In fact, here's a slight variant on the discussion we were having. Scale Theory should be applied to the entire world. Draynor Manor refers to OSRS gold the actual size a manor. Draynor Village, on contrary, is only a fraction of a village. The Clan Camp, however, is much bigger than Falador and is an urban area. There are many more.

It's not logical to expand at a proper scale except during quests. You either have plenty of space (forests, I said earlier) or you don’t. Draynor Manor, and Clan Camp are large-scale items that aren't able to fit into the already congested f2p zone.

Runescape has had five major complaints in the past, and these weren't only from the Runescape community, but also from the general gaming community. Graphics are awful. The graphics have been improved to a large extent. The graphics are now pretty great for a game played in a browser. Scammers and hackers are plentiful. Jagex's tireless efforts made areas in the wilderness idiot-proof.

It is tedious. No, really. It's not something people like to do. Clicking a goblin, then waiting for it to die takes 2 minutes. EoC allows for this to be more fluid and buy RS gold dynamic, while still allowing for minimal interaction. Bots are all over the place. A little improved... It's really annoying. Even for an MMO.
