I suggest starting with the green dragons of OSRS gold Varrock. If you're dissatisfied about the number of people/banking times, move to the Chaos Tunnel greens.
For the green drags that are in level 20 above varrock, the best option is to get a few games necklaces, then transfer to clan wars and walk a short distance east until you spot the dragons. Once your inventory is fully stocked and you are able to transfer directly to the bounty hunter by using the games pendant, and then teleprot to clan wars. It's easy to save time, and you can create your own games necklaces with some spare sapphires.
Once you get used to the tunnel dragons in chaos, they are quicker and more efficient. They are more efficient than the wild Dragons when it comes to buy RS gold consumption of food, but they also have the convenience is that they are not in the wilderness (no Revenants, or their nagging teleblocks), much less crowded (only 2 hops to find a world without anyone) and closer to a bank than the wild dragons.
