More new stuff!

We have added a new way to invite members to your groups. In the past you were limited to using the invitation system that is built into Ecto, but now, things got a bit easier. If your group has a join code you can just copy the invitation text that we have placed on the invitation page and paste it into your own e-mail.

In other words you can now send out an invitation to your groups from your own e-mail system, using your mailing lists and the invitation will come from you rather than the generic Ecto address, etc. The invitation text is just a suggestion, you can edit and rewrite as you see fit. The only important elements that you should not change are the invitation links and the Join Code.

Go to the Edit Group page to learn about join codes and to add one to your group. You have to be an admin or an owner of a group to have access to the Edit Group page.
